About Kendall

I was born and raised in Livonia, Michigan by my parents along with my three younger sisters.

I graduated in 1998 from Livonia Ladywood High School and went on to earn my BA in Communication Studies from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 2001. I worked in sales and customer service for Cintas after college and earned my Real Estate license in 2004.  I was trained at Century 21 Town & Country, spent some time at Keller Williams and joined 3DX in 2013. My husband, Mike, and I were married in 2003 and we had twin boys, Colin and Carter, in 2009.
Our boys spent a significant amount of time at the University of Michigan Mott Children’s Hospital so we have a strong affinity there.  Family and friends are what I live and work for. I treat my clients like family and deeply care about helping them in the best way I can.

I’ve closed over $20 million of real estate in my career and have worked with
first time home buyers to executives at local fortune 500 companies.  I have good working relationships with other industry professionals from title companies to lenders to home inspectors and other Realtors.  I complete continuing education every year and earned my certified negotiation expert designation in 2014.

I am passionate about what I do and believe knowledge is power, so I work hard to keep my clients informed every step of the way and to be there for them to help answer any questions they may have. I am truly grateful to all who have allowed me to be their Realtor, and I appreciate the compliment of a referral every time I get one.
